our little one.

Dasi went for her one year check up.
She is 28 inches tall and 20 pounds and 9 ounces.
That is at the 50 percentile for babies.
And since she is still sick, she didn't have to have her shots.

Happy Birthday Hadas!

Dasi was very happy to have her first birthday party with carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. She was sick with 102 temperature, but that didn't slow her down. And she got to watch the superbowl for her party.
What a big girl.

Hana's shop

As Mommy and Hana sat down to read a book before bed, Hana says,

"Mommy, I'm going to have a shop and sell pink hair ties. Well actually all the colors of the rainbow."

Wow Hana, that's great, your own store, and are you only going to sell hair ties?

"Hm... I think also games, with balls. Yah, ball games and hair ties."

Nothing else? no shoes or playing cards?

"No, I think that actually, well, actually I think the store will only have Torahs. Paper Torahs that kids can make. Just the pretend kind for kids like me. Yah, just Torahs, and maybe also hair ties."
