Tonight is the first night of Chanukah. Hana had a great time. Daddy was home to light candles and sing songs, and then we took pictures. Then we went to Paige's house for a little Chanukah party while Daddy went to work. Paige's grandparents came over and we all had latkes and sufganiot, and presents. Hana got some little blocks, and a dolly from Paige. Hana played on Paige's play-gym, and then she sat in Paige's swing and fell asleep. When she woke up it was time to go home, and Daddy came home too, and then we had more presents. Hana got a present that she helped Mommy to pick out at the toy store. It is a stuffed monkey that giggles when you shake it up and down. It makes her crack up. She loves it. It is fun to buy toys for babies, you just hold things up in front of them, and if they laugh then it is a good toy.
